KIVOZA SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Effective date: 31 July 2026
1. DELIVERY AREA
KIVOZA currently delivers only to valid physical addresses within South Africa. International delivery is not available.
2. DELIVERY COST
Standard delivery costs R90 per order. There is also a express witch is R250,
The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before payment is completed.
3. DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
Orders placed after normal business hours, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Normal order processing is included in the 3–5-business-day estimate.
The delivery period is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment. Outlying areas, severe weather, courier disruptions, unusually high order volumes or circumstances outside KIVOZA’s reasonable control can cause a delay. We will provide an update if we become aware of a material delay.
4. ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
Orders are dispatched only after payment has been successfully confirmed and stock has been allocated.
Tracking details are sent to the email address or contact details supplied with the order after the parcel has been packed and handed to the courier. Tracking can take several hours to update after collection.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers must provide a complete and accurate physical address, suburb, city, province, postal code and reachable contact number where requested at checkout.
KIVOZA is not responsible for a delay caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused or the courier could not complete delivery after reasonable attempts, a new R90 delivery charge may be required before redispatch.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
6. RECEIVING THE PARCEL
The customer or an authorised person should be available to receive the parcel. Inspect the outer packaging when it arrives. If the parcel is visibly damaged, note this with the courier where possible, keep all packaging and contact KIVOZA as soon as possible.
7. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If tracking has not updated, the parcel has not arrived within the estimated period or the parcel appears lost, contact KIVOZA through the Contact page. We will investigate with the courier and keep the customer updated.
If the courier confirms that a parcel is lost or materially damaged in transit, KIVOZA will provide the appropriate replacement or refund at no additional delivery cost to the customer.
8. STOCK OR FULFILMENT PROBLEMS
If KIVOZA cannot fulfil an order because stock is unavailable or delivery cannot reasonably be completed, we will notify the customer. The customer may accept a revised delivery arrangement or receive a refund of the amount due to the original payment method.
